Dana Storrs Lamb, author and conservationist, died Monday in Beverly MA after a long illness. He was 86. A retired New York stockbroker and partner at Ingalls Snyder, Lamb wrote widely on outdoor life. His first book On Trout Streams and Salmon Rivers appeared in 1963, followed by eight more titles.

Funeral for Ernest Bussell Wednesday in Augusta
Ernest Willie Bussell, father of Ernest E. Bussell of North Augusta, died Monday in a Richmond County hospital. He lived at 1638 Broad St. The funeral is set for 2 p.m. tomorrow at Elliott Sons Funeral Home with Rev. John Moore and Capt. Jack Butler officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park with Masonic rites. A Hancock County native, he was a member of First Assembly of God Church.
