Edgefield Escapee Surrenders in Spartanburg County
Lester Williams 27 of Spartanburg turned himself in at the Spartanburg County Jail after escaping from Edgefield County Jail on Christmas Day with two other inmates. Williams faces escape charges and other counts while Hill 22 Osborne 31 surrendered earlier and were sent back to Edgefield. The trio overpowered a jailer during dinner and stole her car.
