Aiken solicitor Pearce wears many hats at city hall
Richard Pearce the City of Aiken solicitor and staff attorney has taken on diverse duties since arriving five years ago. He serves municipal court and boards including Historic Preservation and the Board of Zoning Appeals. Pearce notes the city can prosecute domestic violence without the victim's cooperation and cites common municipal cases such as speeding and DUI.
