Harte To Harte Family Album Recreates Youth
The John W. Harte family album shows two sons John W. Harte Jr and Robert J. Harte growing up side by side in Aiken South Carolina. Their father John W Harte was a Yale swimmer and Olympic athlete. The two brothers became judges and solicitors and kept close with their mother Mrs Cecil Harte owner of Harte Realty Company. They shared interests in golf and bridge and both attended the University of Alabama before returning to Aiken to practice law and public service.
