Plan to strengthen DUI laws in Aiken County

The Aiken County Legislative Delegation heard a six point plan from Rev. Thomas M Knotts urging tougher DUI and pro life laws. Proposals include lowering BAC limits to .10 for 21 and over and .05 for under 21, roadside breath tests, drug tests, a 10 percent alcohol tax with 75 percent to local commissions, HOA reforms, and harsher mandatory jail terms for driving under suspension.
