Aiken police report a strong armed robbery on Pine Drive near Montmorenci. A heavy set black male, about five feet four, fled with a purse including a diamond ring two watches and cash. No face seen. suspect wore dark clothes and likely a ski mask. investigation turned to the county sheriff.
Muse Air offers free flights from San Jose to non smoking travelers who surrender two packs of cigarettes by February 17. The program will rotate to ten other cities through April 7, aiming to attract smokers to try the airline.
