Mall Santa charged with soliciting sexual favors in Anderson

Anderson police charged 37 year old Thomas Pearson, a mall Santa for Noerr Programs, with soliciting sexual favors from a 16 year old girl after a surveillance tape showed him with a $700 Santa suit and receiving oral sex in the storage area. He was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and held on a 50000 bond. Pearson had pled guilty to prior charges including breach of trust and marijuana possession and faced a suspended sentence with jail time and fines.

Canadian embezzlers found in Myrtle Beach hiding from police

Canadian couple Ron and Loren Koval fled with about 100 million from King's Health Centre and lived two months as snowbirds in Myrtle Beach.
