Aiken County deputies report a Friday break in at Mrs Foxs Dress Shop Graniteville with about 600 items of women’s clothing stolen valued at 12000 dollars. It was the second major robbery in the county that week following a 23000 dollar theft at Edwards Store in Midland Valley Shopping Center.
Dense fog on a Milan area highway near Lodi caused a multi vehicle pileup killing one truck driver and injuring more than 50 people. Traffic stalled over three hours as emergency crews worked at the scene.
