Ohio voucher program court ruling pits church and state
A federal judge ordered Cleveland's taxpayer funded K through 6 voucher plan shut, ruling it violated church state separation though funding continues pending appeal. Ohio Attorney General Montgomery said she will appeal to the 6th Circuit and both sides anticipate Supreme Court review.
