Restoration drives revival of Gaston Livery Stable in Aiken

Colleen Reed leads Friends of the Gaston Livery Stable in a multi year effort to restore the 1893 Gaston Livery Stable on Richland Avenue. The group has raised funds privately and with local historical groups to repair the tin roof and carriage lift while planning a living history park and eventual National Register listing.
