Expanded Nancy Bonnette Library in Wagener and a new New Ellenton facility near City Hall look set to open in February ahead of March 8 target. Final inspections wrap by early January and furniture, shelves, and equipment arrive by mid January.

Make-A-Wish Christmas breakfast at Applebee’s Saturday
