Aiken Christmas Parade Draws About 5000 Spectators
The Aiken Jaycees Christmas parade drew about 5 000 spectators last night with 5 000 attendees reported by parade chairman Jack Rogers. Winners included South Aiken Church of God best overall, Warrenville Revival Center best religious, Aiken Public Safety best civic, South Aiken High School first place band, and Aiken High School second place band. Lisle Taylor Miss Teen South Carolina served as grand marshal.
