Marietta Man Charged in DUI Crash After Fatal Headless Body Found

Cobb County police say 21 year old John Hutcherson caused a crash by swerving to avoid a bar pole wire, leaving his friend Francis Daniel Brohm headless in the truck and driving home twelve miles away. Hutcherson faces first degree vehicular serious injury charges and DUI with bond.
