Public defenders quash rape charges after missing witness

U.S. Trade Deficit Swells To 11.31 Billion In June

The Commerce Department reports a monthly goods and services deficit of 11.31 billion dollars in June, up 2.4 percent from May. Imports fell 0.6 percent to 75.29 billion while exports to the rest of the world dropped 1.2 percent to 64.48 billion, signaling the third straight 11 billion dollar plus gap and a potential record merchandise deficit.
