Gunfire Stops Truck After 42 Mile Interstate Chase
An armed man and woman led a 42 mile chase through Clarendon Sumter and Florence counties in a truck that failed to pay a 150 dollar fuel bill. Troopers shot the left front tire and damaged the engine and radiator before a roadblock halted the vehicle on I 95. No injuries or charges reported. The suspects remained in custody.
