Whiskey Road Race Prep and Training Tips
Four weeks to the 9th annual Whiskey Road Race in Aiken. Runners, including beginners, get a sample weekly plan with 10k race pace drills and two fun runs for children. Stopwatches advised for experienced trainees, but beginners should leave the timer at home.
