Record hurricane season forecast to be busiest since 2005
NOAA forecasters say peak Atlantic storm season from August to October will be highly active with 14 to 20 named storms, eight to twelve hurricanes including four to six majors. La Nina conditions and record warm ocean temps drive a busier than average season through November 30.
