Children’s Renaissance Festival brings art to kids in Aiken
At the H Odell Weeks Activities Center the 3rd Annual Children’s Renaissance Festival invited children to explore medieval to modern crafts. Kids painted a dragon mural in bright colors and entered a coloring contest while making a bird feeder and other hands on crafts under sunny skies.

Dinners by feet wins local award in Aiken
Robin Morris earned the USA Weekend Make A Difference Day honor for creating Dinners by Feet, a program delivering pre cooked meals door to door to neighbors in need. She partnered with her daughter Gina Wagner to serve three households on Oct. 26, offering meals, light chores, and prayers, supported by East Aiken Elementary School and North Aiken Elementary School.
