A 20 year old North Augusta man, Charles W Chadwick, Palmetto Avenue, is charged with criminal sexual conduct in the second degree after a reported relationship with a 15 year old. Authorities say the victim walked in as he was getting dressed, amid ongoing investigations of a minor solicitation case and unrelated traffic enforcement actions.
