Aiken County Sheriff Howard Sellers held a press conference with Area Three Schools leaders to address rampant rumors of threats at Midland Valley High School. Two freshmen were detained in Columbia and will be charged with threatening to bomb the school. further charges are under review. Names of the juveniles were not released. The threats referenced an April 20 date, the Columbine anniversary, and investigations continued with the Solicitor’s Office.
