Planning OKs new project with buffer and traffic safeguards
The Planning Commission approved the Spencer Drive complex 6 to 1 led by developer Bill Belangia and Woodside residents' Dick Lamar. A detention pond was proposed to limit run off and prevent ditch piping. The council will review annexation of a Stratford Hall parcel at its April 24 meeting.
