FDA orders cosmetics firms to change aging claims on labels
Washington AP The FDA says cosmetic companies must remove or alter claims that skin creams retard or reverse aging. It will recheck labels in 30 days and crack down on noncompliant products. John M. Taylor says only permissible claims exist under federal law and further discussion is unnecessary.
