An Aiken woman identified as 41 year old Pamela Ely allegedly stole multiple bags of merchandise from Kroger and stopped at the store’s Starbucks for a drink before leaving in a Lincoln Navigator. Officers linked the crime to Ely from surveillance footage and planned to obtain a shoplifting warrant.
