USC Aiken to Get Private Student Housing Complex
Palmetto Development Partnership of Columbia begins a 2 million housing project for USC Aiken students. The complex, adjacent to the campus, will have 60 units for 240 residents with two baths, two bedrooms, and a kitchen. No public funds are used. private financing from C S National Bank of Aiken.
