Gov. Walter A. Huxman to decide by next Tuesday on Albert M. Zakoura’s clemency plea from the gallows. The 43 year old former Hollis Oklahoma man was tried for the murder of his wife and was heard at a lengthy commutation hearing attended by relatives.
