Altus Plane Crash Claims Two Men Life and Injuries
Altus Oklahoma, November 26. P Roy Ware, 23, died at 4 a m after a plane crash near the city yesterday following loops with pilot Bartow Huff. Huff is in critical condition with a fractured skull and concussions. Ware suffered internal injuries and burns. The aircraft, bought two months ago by Claude Christian, wrecked in a cotton field. Funeral services for Ware will be held Tuesday. He leaves a widow, a nine month old daughter, parents, a brother and sister, and Mrs Naidee Garrard of Oklahoma City. Huff resided in Altus 15 years with three years pilot experience.
