Miss Lady Mary C Bowling shown as top buyer owned by Mary C Bowling of Colorado Springs and sold for 3500 dollars to Bill Jones of Dallas. The sale grossed 176150 dollars with about 2000 attendees and 220 of 300 consignments sold. The fifth in the Appaloosa sale series, next events are March 1920 and May 1920.

Rainfall Boosts Oklahoma Wildlife Prospects Across November
Rainfall in early November promises better conditions for quail and deer hunters as well as moisture for vegetation before winter. Quail season opens November 21, aiding bird dog work and upland prospects, while deer season runs November 25 to 29 with improved hunting in damp woods. Archery season saw fewer kills than last year, except at some sites, and rainfall may improve waterfowl counts with cooler weather. The State continues through goose season January 3.

Vanoss 4-H Club Holds November Meeting
The Vanoss Senior 4-H Club met at 10 a.m. Friday at the school with Paula Tucker presiding. New Water Association Is Formed Near Ada
A rural water association was launched at Westview Baptist Church northwest of Ada, forming the third in the county. Election of Es cal Myers as president and Eugene Pherigo as vice president capped a plan by Ground Water Associates to finance with loans and bonds. The eight inch line would connect to Ada and extend northwest to SH 13 19 Y, then five miles along SH 19 to Pickett and five miles along SH 13 to Beebe serving about 200 families at an estimated cost of $200 000.
