State Files Suits For Land Here
The state Highway Department begins eminent domain action to acquire about 108 acres for the Ada by pass from State Highways 1 and 99. Attorney Max Cook filed condemnation suits in District Court on disputed land, with 43.5 acres already conveyed. A three-member board will appraise value and damages, and possession may be taken after depositing the award. Rancher Offers 200 Dollar Reward for Cattle Rustlers
