Troopers Nab 30 Violators In Crackdown
An invasion of Highway Patrol troopers in Pontotoc County last weekend led to 30 traffic cases in JP courts. Six troopers were added for the period, with nine motorists charged for driving without licenses and eight stopped at a single county location. Other offenses included improper exhausts and speeding, involving residents of Ada, Sulphur, Stratford, Pauls Valley, Norman, Healdton, Osage, Stonewall, and Shawnee.
