Cattlemen from Pontotoc County prepare to enter a feedlot carcass evaluation program starting July 1. The 150 day test, at Story's feedlot near Stonewall, will grade rib eye size marbling fat thickness and dressing percentages. Each entrant may include up to 10 head with 200 head aimed for participate. local officials and a Stillwater carcass specialist coordinate the effort.
