Cattlemen from Pontotoc County prepare to enter a feedlot carcass evaluation program starting July 1. The 150 day test, at Story's feedlot near Stonewall, will grade rib eye size marbling fat thickness and dressing percentages. Each entrant may include up to 10 head with 200 head aimed for participate. local officials and a Stillwater carcass specialist coordinate the effort.

Robberson Named Regional Judge for Ford Future Scientists

Crash injures trio in two car crash near Vanoss
Three people were hurt in a Wednesday morning two car collision one half mile west of Vanoss. Mrs. W F Mullins 38 Route 2 Stratford was hospitalized at Valley View with injuries not disclosed. David Davis 17 Route 5 Ada and Tom Alexander 16 Route 5 Ada were treated and released.
