The North girls edged the South 60 57 while the South boys beat the North 55 37 in the ADA News All Star basketball game. Betty Scroggins 36 points led the North girls with 26 of 29 free throws. Harlene Walls added 28. Maurice Poole won the boys MVP with 10 points. John Kerr and Don Thompson led the boys with 13 each.

Fiddlers to Perform at Roff Jamboree
Bud Graves announced the Roff FFA Jamboree on March 6 features an old fiddlers contest with a $5 prize. Local fiddlers are invited to enter and winners chosen by the audience. Jude and Jody will perform, and the FFA queen coronation is planned. The event starts at 7:30 p.m. in the Roff auditorium.
