Bids Set June 5 for Pontotoc County Agricultural Center
Bids for major parts of the Pontotoc County agricultural center will be received June 5. Ada Sees 2.09 Inches Of Rain Tuesday Storms Hit Oklahoma
Heavy thunderstorms drenched Ada with 2.09 inches of rain as a tornado watch and severe thunderstorm warnings spread across most of Oklahoma Tuesday night. A farmer near Mooreland died after lightning struck as winds up to 65 mph caused minor damage. two fatal crashes were blamed on slick roads. No injuries were reported. Donald Elwood, 39, died near Mooreland while gathering tree limbs in a new field.
