Sol Kelley shot and killed at the home of Mrs. Graham near Lovelady Oklahoma. Wesley W. Graham fired three shots, two to the neck and one to the jaw, killing Kelley as he terrorized the community. The coroner’s jury found the death occurred July 16 1913 and ruled the shooting in self defense of Graham and his sister.
