The Meads traveled with their daughter Mrs. Melba Trimmer of Sedan Kansas on a ten day trip through Mexico Colorado and the Grand Canyon. They visited Mrs. Meads sister Mrs. Elis McMahan in Mexico before returning home to Allen. Mr and Mrs Mead later took their daughter to her home in Kansas.

Guests include C C Call Don Mossman Allen Reese Aaron Walker and others with fishing trips, hospital updates, birthdays, and travel plans spanning Oakman Duncan Tulsa Oklahoma City and Riverside California.

Carrie Blevins hosted weekend guests M Sgt and Mrs John Fortner and Ada Maria. Carrie plans to visit Rev Roy Evans whose surgery is scheduled Tuesday. E Y Muse’s three daughters and their families visited Mytle Yoakum and Jack Tate in Oklahoma City and Dana respectively.

George Carter and Mrs. Carter attended as Sportsmens Club president and hostess, while George’s illness kept them away for two meetings. Residents report home construction, visits from relatives, and street scenes along Oakman cemetery road and nearby towns.
