Tulsa Physician Slain On Street in Triangle Motive
Tulsa police said Dr. A. G. Wainright a 60 year old physician was shot and killed on a downtown sidewalk near a theatre and a variety store. Arthur Johnson a 47 year old Tulsa salesman surrendered to a traffic officer and was held without charge. An eye witness said the doctor was shot three times as he fell.

Four Held In Liquor War Freed By Court Action
Four men from seven arrested in Ada's bootleg drive were freed via habeas corpus petitions Tuesday.
