Junior Livestock Show sale nets 22153.17 in bids and premiums
The 1971 show sold 80 steers and hogs, grossing 22153.17 in base bids and premiums, up from 1970’s 17147 with 46 animals. Grand champion steer Gary Biggs Latta earned 3433.34 base and 430 premium, purchased by Gibson Discount Store. Champion hog Pam Danshy Vaness won grand, bought by Evergreen Mills.
