A meat identification school for 4 H club girls was held at the First Christian Church in Ada with 90 attendees. Miss Mabel Walker of the Extension Division led instruction on duck and arm roasts rib chops sirloin and porterhouse plus how to judge quality and nutrition and how to cook each cut.
