Road 10 Bridge to be Improved

C P E G Hightower 63 former mayor and city commissioner of Pauls Valley was found dead in his home from a heart attack. Eastland Couple Shot Ten Death
Eastland Texas December 6 1936 P E E Kelsey and his wife were found shot to death in their home. Kelsey lay in front of the house with a heart wound and a revolver nearby. Mrs Kelsey was found in a kitchenette holding a cigarette. Both were dressed and the house was orderly. Authorities said two dogs were in the house and one had to be shot by officers breaking in. A neighbor reported hearing two shots after dark.
