4 H Club Electric Demonstration Sets New Attendance Record
About 150 people attended the Pontotoc County 4 H Club event at Peoples Electric on West Main Ada December 7. Roff 4 H won the high school division trophy and Pickett 4 H won the rural division trophy with multiple cash prizes and trophies awarded. Martha Herion of Roff won the senior poster and demonstrations, taking cash and a company trophy at the 4 H Banquet. Dewey Madden of Stonewall led senior boy demonstrations while Allen’s Richard Bailey presented the top senior boy talk. Continued on Page Two.
