Brown alleges irregularities in the Creek county court. The board will also rule on a demurrer by Virgil Riddle of Okmulgee apparent Democratic nominee for senate in the 32nd district. The instrument attacks the sufficiency of a petition filed by W S Vernon seeking a recount in the district. Vernon, according to officials, une verified returns, ran seven votes behind Riddle. After testimony the board will determine whether recounts should be ordered.
