Oklahoma Future Homemakers of America hold their annual state rally in Oklahoma City at Civic Center Music Hall April 10 and 11. State Crime Lab Confirms LSD In Cache At Winter Park
The Winter Smith Park cache seized by police last week is confirmed by the State Crime Lab as LSD capsules. The find also included speed pills and marijuana. Four Ardmore men Leonard Woodruff Gregory Shirey Leland Lowe and Larry Lewis face charges of marijuana and stimulant possession.

Area Rancher Signs Up For Game Program

String Of Burglaries Continues Across Local Shops
A burglary at Southern Builders Supply in Latta last night followed a string of break ins that began the previous night. Entry was by prying doors, with a desk and a pop machine pried open and change taken. Turkey Season Nears for Oklahoma City Hunters
Spring turkey season runs April 25 to May 3 with a limit of one tom per season and a $3 permit plus a valid hunting license. Shooting hours are 5 a.m. to 7 10 p.m. daily. Hunters should obtain landowner permission scout areas and practice calling. Dogs are illegal and baiting is banned. Turkey hunting is legal in numerous counties including Garfield Kay and Osage.
