Mooney Family Plans Move to Lindsay

W E Mooney and family will move to Lindsay around April first to reside there. Mr Mooney will run a new bank as president while keeping his stake and presidency at the First National Bank here. Stonewall News notes the town will greatly miss him and hopes for a future return.

Hendricks Captured After Prolonged Manhunt Near Roff

Will Hendricks, condemned for the 1906 murder of his father in law Voss, was captured near Roff after a night-long posse pursuit. He surrendered when confronted by five gunmen after a town chase ending with a train transfer to Holdenville and Paris. Several accomplices, including Jesse Lucas, are jailed on harboring felon charges with hearings set before Justice Brown.
