Marshall United Way kicks off annual campaign in 2018
Marshall United Way held its 2018 campaign kickoff breakfast September 13 at Marshall United Methodist Church. Executive Director Cindy Lake praised donors and volunteers, noting 95 percent of donations fund people and programs locally. The goal is 140000 with co-chairs Catherine Yates Andrea Tucker and Velvet Potter guiding volunteers. The event also announced tax law changes affecting deductions and emphasized community impact through local agencies.
