Marshall celebrates 34 years of sister city friendship event
Marshall marked 34 years of friendship with Koka City Shiga Prefecture Japan with a rededication ceremony at the newly landscaped Marshall Peace Park. The park features a four-language peace pole and a dedication plaque honoring former Mayor J Allen Bassage. Mayor Jack Reed praised the exchange and learning from friendships formed.
