Prepare Fair teaches emergency readiness at Target
Marshall Police Department joined 20 agencies at Michigan's Fourth Annual Prepare Fair to educate the public. Officer Steven Kelly handed a bicycle safety booklet to Dylan Canfield and his mother Karin of Battle Creek on Sept 10. The event, coordinated by the Michigan State Police Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division, showed how to build a family emergency plan and an emergency supply kit. Previous fairs were held in Detroit Grand Rapids and Flint.
