Scarecrow Fun Days to Return in Marshall October
Four local Marshall residents plan to revive the Scarecrow Festival as Scarecrow Fun Days from October 13 to 30. Decorations will line downtown from Brooks Memorial Fountain to Golden Block. Organizers aim to draw visitors, involve 12 downtown retailers, and restore about 24 scarecrows from five years ago.
