Zarzuela Opens Tapas Restaurant in Marshall
Zarzuela a new tapas restaurant at 301 E Michigan Marshall opened by Melanie Snodgrass and Richard and Martha Kane, takes over the Coffee Mill site. The menu features garlic shrimp asparagus Portobello mushrooms Serrano ham and bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese. Guests can order tapas or paella with a social, shareable dining experience inspired by Spain’s Iberian Peninsula.
