Historic Fly-in at Brooks Field Marks 79th Anniversary
Marshall's Brooks Field celebrates 79 years with a Historic Fly-in and Drive-in on Saturday September 11 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hosted by the Brooks Field Aviation Association the event features a Flying Pancakes breakfast for six dollars adults four dollars under five, and an 8 a.m. hot air balloon demo as part of the Home Tour efforts aimed at preserving promoting and progressing the 1931 landmark.
