Handle and Hinge, a family owned business, markets a large showroom and extensive custom order capabilities. They offer cabinets and bath hardware, electronic locks with smartphone access, and a wide range of gifts from Michigan artists including laser cut boards, wooden inlays, framed collages, hand loomed rugs, and one of a kind hook hardware.
Marshall notes reveal Quality Engraving at 221 W Michigan Ave in the Schnaitman Building. Owner Ian Schnaitman, who moved there in February 2013, preserves family history dating to 1901 with Leo Fred’s meat market and Jack Schnailman joining the business in 1946. The shop, opened in 2009, offers personalized engraving on drinkware trays key chains trophies and more as part of Marshall’s Home Tour.
S.C.O.R.E. Superstore at 204 W Michigan Ave downtown Marshall offers brand new items at half price and gently used goods. Owner Keri Hancock says foot traffic has surged since moving downtown and plans to expand clothing while possibly closing out general merchandise. Stores carries handbags from Coach Dooney and Burke and Juicy Couture and clothing from Miss Me Rock Revival and Victoria Secret PINK with men's Armani suits and gym wear. The business buys wholesale and donates clothing, recently giving a large donation to the fire department for fire victims. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday 11 am to 7 pm.
The shop at 102 E. Michigan Avenue corner of Michigan and Se offers handcrafted and wedding items from small companies including greeting cards stationery home decor unusual pens bags shirts journals and notepads. The rear space stocks scrapbooking papers vintage frivolous and fun plus stickers embellishments and adhesives. Audrey Hoffman will assist with color or layout and the store also serves as a source for wedding and event invitations.
