City considers Neighborhood Improvement Authority for former State Farm property
Marshall City Council held a public hearing on using a Neighborhood Improvement Authority to assist development on the Golden Rule Oaklawn site at 410 E Drive. The plan would use tax increment financing to fund public improvements for a mixed residential district, with base year 2018 taxes preserved to taxing jurisdictions.
